I started the Own Your Goals workouts with Davina McCall at the start of the first lockdown. I have been doing the advanced programme for a while now and am starting to get a bit bored if I'm being honest. Can anyone recommend other workouts of similar length/style that I could add in for variety please? So about 45mins,with a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility work, no in-yer-face music. I don't mind paying a subscription.
