Exercise mat for home use

Wonder if anyone can recommend an exercise mat for home use?

I'll be using it both for core exercises (planks, crunches, other stuff lying on my back or front) and some HIIT (things like burpees and mountain climbers). I bought a cheap mat from Tesco but it basically moults foam everywhere so I'm keen not to get it wrong again. So many mats available seem to describe themselves as "yoga" mats, and I'm not sure whether they will work for my purposes or not!

I got this one about a year ago and no problems with it (obviously they might have changed supplier etc).

I have the Sweaty Betty one, for pretty much the same as you, plus yoga. It's a good all rounder.

TK Maxx is good for cheap mats if there is one near you. I got a nice thick one from there with a carry strap for about £12 recently

I use a yoga mat for...yoga! And also other indoor exercises, cardio, weights, barre etc. It's a pretty basic mat from Yoga Matters, and seems built to last forever (already had it for approx 5 years with no signs of wear).

You can use a yoga mat for home exercise sessions.
