So I do Zumba in the evening because my partner works long hours and can only get home from 7pm and stay with little one. I can never sleep after Zumba. I've tried everything, having a long bath after, watching something, listening to deep sleep music, keeping room dark and right temperature, taking over that counter sleep aids. The next day I am exhausted after a whole night of tossing and turning trying to sleep. Unless I can find a way to sleep after I'm going to have to stop going. Anyone know a way I can get a restful nights sleep after?
