I powerlift. I continued lifting at reduced weight and volume until 35+2wk pregnant, baby was born at 38+6wk via cat3 cesarean. I'm 4.5wk pp now, almost finished my 2nd lot of antibiotics for an infection and feeling much better in myself. Result of feeling better is I can't help but want to go in the gym, we have a home set up I see every day and dh uses while on paternity leave. I know I need to allow my body to heal fully before I can get back to it and I will wait until the GP says I can. Our 6th baby but I didn't start lifting until our 4/5th (twins also via cs) were over 2 years old so 1st time to go back to lifting pp.

How many weeks pp were you when you got back to pre-pregnancy warm up weights?
How long until back to pre-pregnancy PB's?
