Is there an exercise that gives you a bum but doesn't affect tummy?

I've had surgery so can't do any exercises that pull the stomach but I want to get started on building my frog bum!

Any ideas?

Weight training combined with a calorie surplus inc. plenty of protein. Followed by a calorie deficit (still with protein) if you’ve gotten a bit fluffy.
You ideally need to train your entire body or you’re going to end up with muscle imbalances.
