I got one from M&S; maybe check their sizing?

Bought one recently from Bravissimo, best sports bra I've had

I’ve got a good Freya underwired one and have just bought a non-wired Pour Moi one. If you’re not doing anything super high impact I recommend the Pour Moi Energy Rush - I found it much more comfortable than most and it didn’t give me the dreaded monoboob

Im 36G and I wear Enell, they arent cheap but they are like a corset that straps everything in. I do HIIT classes and run 5 and 10k's in it and it doesnt rub or pinch. I also use a lot of liquid talc before I put it on to prevent rubbing.

www.maaree.com/collections/sports-bras/products/solidarity-high-impact-sports-bra?variant=39317155577990 This is by far the best sports bra I’ve ever tried owned. Pricey but worth it. I’m 36GG and jump rope.

I also strap my breasts down with a boob buddy, helps with the bounce.

You will get so many answers to this question, and tbh the right answer for you all depends on what level of exercise you're doing, and how long you're going to be wearing the bra for.

I have a decent amount of experience in this department, having run long distances at an H cup, but what worked for me won't necessarily work for you.

What I found was:

  1. Freya underwired and Panache are the best for large boobs, no contest. They're supportive and encapsulate the whole boob, rather than the "strap em down" style of the likes of Enell and Shock Absorber. I can get away with the strap-em-down styles of bra now I'm down to a DD cup, but when I was much bigger the level of strapping required to hold me in place really chafed over long distances.
Both Panache and Freya underwired are a similar price. If you can afford it, get both and rotate them to see which you prefer. I've experimented with lots of Freyas over the years and, on balance, I think the moulded one is the best:

  2. people on these threads always recommend the Enell. Yes it does hold you in place, but the chafing was like no other bra I've ever worn. That said, if you're only running short distances like a pp, or doing exercise classes of an hour or less, then you'll probably be fine.

  3. M&S are shit. Just don't. They're cheaper than the likes of Freya for a reason. Same applies to Primark/supermarket bras/etc. I only spend money on two pieces of sports kit, being bras and shoes. Everything else can be cheap!

Runderwear. Particularly good if, like me, you've got big norks but narrow shoulders. The only sports bras I have ever not been desperate to rip off after an hour's wear.
