I do TRX classes in a small gym.
There are a max of 5 people in the class. the instructor/gym owner always works out with us. He obviously needs to show us the exercises but once we start, I can't usually see him any more because I'm looking at the anchor and I don't think he can see me (or the others) very much because he's looking at the anchor or sometimes even facing the other way.
Am I right to think that he should show the exercise but then walk around and check that we are all doing it properly, rather than carry on having his own workout?
What do 'we' think?
- They are the classes Happytodayhappytomorrow; do them or don't do them. Your call.
Or
- Take a deep breath and ask him to watch the paying class attendees more rather than exercising himself.
Or
- Something else.
