Hi, I’m looking for a PT and wondering what the average cost is I’ve contacted 1 so far and he’s £50 an hour. I was hoping for cheaper. Am I delusional thinking I’ll find someone around £30ph?

I pay for blocks of 10 at £350 (plus my gym membership). One offs he charges £40. He's kept it at that price for 3 years.

Really depends on where you’re based!

I pay £300 for a block of ten for my PT (works out of his own space, not affiliated with a gym), but he's charged me that fir years, may be more for new clients.

£25-35 per lesson in my experience.

£60 for the hour. Central London. And we thought that was cheap!

Ds(17) is £250 for a block of 10 + £25/month for unlimited independent gym access (get set of keys and can go whenever he wants).

That's pretty cheap for central London. Most decent trainers I know charge £80-90 but some £150+ (eek!)

£60 an hour or £500 for a block of ten, SE London, run their own studio so no need to pay membership on top. Get a couple of group classes a week thrown in too.

I think (it's ages since I paid as I've still got a pre-pad block going from before lockdown) it's £25 an hour with a discount if you prepay for 5 or 10 sessions BUT that is on top of £70 a month gym membership.

The going rate round here (Essex) seems to be £40 per hour.
