I really want to get fitter & healthier but I really struggle motivating myself. I would like to join a facebook of some sort where people share ideas for exercise & healthy eating.
I am not considered overweight but i have put on weight over the past year and I’d like to lose a few pounds but mainly to up & be fitter & stronger.
I’ve looked at Team RH, Davina & Les Mills. I don’t feel I need to constantly track my calories & I don’t want a ‘diet’ as I want to just make it a change to my everyday way of life.
Can anyone suggest any groups that might help me? Thanks
