I have 3 brill ones from M&S but they don't seem to sell them anymore and I deffo need new ones, preferably a white one.

I adjust my current ones to the racer back and they keep my boobs firmly where they should be.

I am 34D....can you recommend?

I get mine from the boobydoo website. I like the panache ultimate underwired bras

Chocolateteabag · 13/04/2021 17:54

Wrong colour for you but it's in the sale Shock Absorber Ultimate fly bra
I have this in 2 colours - I'm a 32DD (per M&S bras) and I have this in a 32D so I would go for the 34D in your case

Panache or Freya underwired are the best IMO.
Third up would be the Shock Absorber Ultimate Run.

Enell running bra. Expensive but it's like a corset that straps your boobs to your chest.

fellrunner85 · 13/04/2021 20:35

Have you run long distances in the Enell, @indiekate? I wanted to love it because its not cheap and you don't wobble at all in it, but unfortunately it chafed me red raw. It wasn't a size issue either as I tried two different ones. I wondered if it was just decent for short bursts only!

GreenLentilCurry · 13/04/2021 20:37

Enell!

IndieKate · 13/04/2021 20:54

@fellrunner85 thats a shame, as you say they are not cheap.

I do a 10k most weekends in mine, the furthest I've ran has been a half marathon. From your name it sounds like you might be running longer distances than me, and uphill too, fellrunners are hardcore!

Have you tried liquid talc for the chafing? I marinade myself in it liberally before I go out, it prevents me getting horrible sweat rashes.

fellrunner85 · 13/04/2021 20:56

Yes, I run a lot longer than halves - as you say,, they're fine to half marathon distance or so, and really do stop the bounce!

Not sure if I'm hardcore or just really daft, but thank you Grin I don't chafe at all now I run in Freya or Panache, but have heard liquid talc is good - thanks for the tip 🙂

Anything by runderwear has been great for me

MsMartini · 13/04/2021 21:37

OP, I am the same size as you and I wear M and S flexifit bras for all sport including running (I run up to about 15k), and HIIT (lots of jumping)

They aren't as structured as real sports bras but I've been surprised how well they work and I wear them as normal bras too. They wash and dry well.

I am so happy I don't have to wrestle to get myself in and out of Shock Absorber type things - tho they are very good at preventing any movement, which I assumed I needed till I accidentally wore a flexifit for a run. They are very comfy.

dementedpixie · 13/04/2021 21:43

I can't get a good fit at all with Shock Absorber despite trying different back a cup combinations

5foot418stone · 13/04/2021 21:45

I love the m&S sports bras and was sad to find they'd stopped selling my go to one!

I got this one instead and when I cross the straps (they unhook at the back and have extra adjustment at the front!) at the back my boobs do not move at all, it's brilliant! Admittedly I don't run but I do jog and HIIT workouts and it holds them in place better than my Panache and my Freya.

Graffitiqueen · 13/04/2021 21:48

freya underwired epic is my favourite.

randomsabreuse · 13/04/2021 21:49

I like Shock Absorber Multisport, Bravissimo Orbit and Bravissimo Atlas. Orbit is a bit like a Shock Absorber with the 2x2 hook keyhole and an extra bit across the top of your boobs. Atlas is either straight or criss cross straps and 4 hooks.

I got horribly chafed by my rather old Shock Absorber on my last run, think I had it too loose on the underbust.

Mrsmchammer · 13/04/2021 23:41

Syrokan From Amazon are pretty good but you will need to sister size one up as the band is tight. They are 20 quid.
I recently bought an SB victory bra in 34F, I am 32FF and it is brilliant. It is white. Only thing is I got it half price, so definitely look out for a sale. Full price is ridiculous

Coulddowithanap · 17/04/2021 14:20

I have this one from Decathlon, I'm also 34 D and got size L, it's my favourite bra for running.
