Want to start whole body weight training - can anyone recommend a free online programme?

As need to do this at home....and don’t have equipment.

Looking for something that is a programme to work through so that I can log incremental progress. Nearing the end of C25K and astounded how easy it was by approaching it in a slow way compared to my previous attempts to run where my lungs were on fire and felt my heart would explode!

I completely agree about slow increments. I would have a look at some of the free content on eg insta and see whose style you like. You would normally expect to pay for a structured programme but that might give you clues where to look, and many of them use the free content to give tasters. I follow achieve fitness boston and meghan callaway for example. They won't all be equipment-free completely (eg some bands and a kettlebell may help) and it is hard to train back without access to a pull up bar (lots of parks have them - is that an option? I use all sorts in parks for bodyweight training - benches, walls, railings). IF you are a beginner, maybe start with NHS strength and flex which is equipment free.

It's a 9 week programme like C25K where it builds week on week. 3 x 30 minute sessions covering cardio, core and glutes
