DH challenged me to a bike ride, difficult but doable, he said. I could barely finish and after a shower felt dizzy and threw up. I get like this if I miss a meal, so guess it’s because I was so exhausted.
I feel fine now, but have absolutely no (motivation!) or energy to exercise. I had to bike to meet DS to bring him home yesterday and was seeing black spots as climbing the steep hill home. Feel totally out of energy again today. How long does it usually take to recover from a stupidly difficult bout of exercise?
