Hi all; I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with DC2 and keen to keep exercising through my pregnancy.
Since September I’ve been working out 3 times a week with a PT, and my fitness has improved a fair bit. Unfortunately she’s moving and won’t be able to keep up our sessions, so I’m thinking about doing an at-home routine instead. There are lots on YouTube, but can anyone recommend a good routine that they did during pregnancy?
