indy running shop in UK taking orders by phone during lockdown?

I want to buy a new pair of running shoes.

I know what type of shoes I need, don't need gait analysis etc. I just want to find a UK running shop that is answering the phone at the moment and can sell me some shoes.

Can anyone recommend an indy in their town that they know is "open" ie answering the phone and taking postal orders?

You could try Alton Sports (small independent group on Hampshire) who I think might be able to help by phone

Try sporting feet in Richmond. Alternatively I know sports shoes.com do a 30 day return if you don’t like them even if they are used policy....

Try Runners Retreat in Marlow.

Our local Up and Running (not independent but a small chain staffed by runners) are closed but you can order from the main U&R website and use the local shop's code. They're also responding to FB messages although I assume not answering the phone, as they're closed.

Thank you very much again everyone. I rang round the various shops you recommended and one of them picked up the phone and sold me a pair of shoes! The guy on the phone asked "I'm curious, how did you find out about us?' and I said "MUMSNET"
