Ok lockdown and furlough is really really getting me down now and my mental health is taking a battering. I need to do something to occupy my time and spinning is something I used to absolutely love. I've always enjoyed cycling but since having my son 6 years ago I guess I gave alot up. I watched a spin class on YouTube the other night and within minutes it took me back to the day of taking part in the classes I really enjoyed.
Anyway space is my issue. As in I really do not have anywhere for any equipment to go unless it stays on show. My house is very small. Is there such a thing as a small spin bike? I cant afford an all singing and dancing model. But its an exercise I absolutely love and it i can find something small enough would definitely considering buying it.
