TL:DR I wondered if anyone could share details of any great 12 week TRX online/ video programmes?
I'm looking for a structured programme, designed to last at least 4 weeks, but preferably 6 weeks or longer.
A programme of daily or 3x per week TRX sessions.
The content would take a TRX or Strength training newbie from the very beginning of getting started with suspension training to being competent, strong and confident.
A 12 week programme would be ideal.
I'm interested in watching a 30 or 45min exercise video, every day, where the coach/ trainer knows that I'm building upon/ progressing from a set of exercises demonstrated in the previous day, week, month.
I'm not interested in building my own programmes, I much prefer the structure and routine of progressing through a structured workout over many days/ weeks/ months.
