fitness apps and motivation tips for exercise (especially in lockdown!) ??

Hi guys, i've started the mama being fit app which is great for exercises at all levels. even when pregnant which is useful for me!

I find doing just 15-20mins of light exercise a day is helping with my mood alot, although I am still eating like a horse Smile

Just wondering if anyone has any motivation tips especially when it comes to diet and eating healthy during lockdown? xx

I find putting my workout clothes on first thing motivates me, when I put my trainers on I really start feeling ready to exercise and even walking to get my weights from the shed feels more purposeful.

In terms of healthy eating, the 16/8 approach works well. It's flexible and I sleep better if I don't eat after 7pm every day.

Also, having a batch of something like ratatouille is good as I can dip into it for quick lunches during work days.
