Anyone else started Apple Fitness Plus?

I've used the Apple Watch for almost 4 years now & I'm pretty bought in. My life is ruled by the rings etc! Saw Fitness Plus come up this week after a software update & decided to give it a go.

I haven't been a fan of home workouts (never done Joe Wicks etc) but these short mini sessions seem really good. I enjoy yoga in RL so tried a couple of them first then a short 10 min strength on this morning. I've chosen some core for tomorrow.

I've no one to share this with in the real world so wondered if any Mumsnetters are doing it too?

I think it's a clever plot by Apple to keep it at 1 person. I have to say having it just on my phone is no big deal for things like yoga as I don't need to be looking at the screen all the time.
I'm going to try a 10m HIIT with Bakari later though which may be a different story!

Absolutely love fitness plus workouts. I’ve hated exercise for as long as I can remember. Love love the Apple workouts. Getting it on my TV wasn’t cheap as the Apple 4k box is £200 but honestly has been so worth it. Far better than squinting at my phone trying to figure out a move.
