Has anyone done the Dance Yourself Fit 28 day challenge?

I've just signed up for it and it starts on Monday. It gets good reviews on TrustPilot so I have high hopes, I think any issues are going to be with my motivation. I am laziness personified.

It's physical classes in Dublin that I had heard good things about and they went online last year when they couldn't have physical classes anymore. www.danceyourselffit.com/sept2020-locations I paid €27 for 28 days so not much to lose if it doesn't work. I could have paid an extra €20 for live Zoom classes too but didn't fancy that, although might consider it if I enjoy it enough to go for a second 28 day challenge next month. There's a FB group associated with the challenge, a diet plan for three different levels of daily calories (that I have already decided to ignore because I didn't fancy the recipes), a daily motivational talk, a daily dance class and some other body conditioning classes.

Most importantly, a lot of the reviews sound like that are from people who started off at least as old and unfit as me so I'm not going to be overwhelmed and disheartened at the very start.

I started it today, and it's pretty good. My legs feel like they're about to drop off, but it's not as dreary as a normal cardio workout because it's dance.

Hi can you watch it on the TV, or just on a tablet?
