I've had the app since launch date for the exercises and I'm now on day 4 of nutrition as well (except for NYE of course
).
The nutrition was a bit of a shock at first and I felt starving the first few days but they were both rest days. Once I'd done a workout and refueled I felt better.
Note to self, don't do 2 rest days in a row again!
Joined the live New Year's Day work out on YouTube and feeling positive for getting fitter and stronger in 2021!
