Hi everyone,

Im really fancying some new trainers & like the style of Nikes but there are so many!

At the moment I mainly do road running/walking but when tge gyms reopen I am hoping to get back to classes (mainly hiit and trampoline fitness)

I had my gait measured in the summer & the lady said I just need a neutral shoe. Can anyone recommend any? I currently have asics but dont love them.

Thanks Smile

Don't go on looks or brands, go on fit. Try various ones out at a running shop if you can.

Nike Pegasus are brilliant road running shoes. After working through Brooks, Saucony, Asics etc over the years, I've settled on the Pegasus as my all time favourite for 5ks, marathons, and all in between.

I was going to recommend the Nike Pegasus as a good all-round, neutral shoe.

I have the Zoom Fly 3 and love them but I only use them for running - wouldn’t want them for fitness classes or similar.

Nike Vomero is a good shoe that has been around for yonks, so you can usually find old season colours at a discount. Quite well cushioned it's a neutral sole road running shoe, and I've 'retired' running ones into all purpose sports/gym use. I think it's a good all-rounder
