Weird Lump

Hi hoping someone can help me.
I've recently had quite a heavy cold, very bunged up with sinus pain etc.
This has mostly cleared.
However when wiping my nose I noticed a round sore lump inside the entrance of my nostril (fixed to the base).
What's weird though is if I pull my nose upwards I can feel the lump through my face and move it between my fingers (I dont know if this makes sense)

I had non invasive breast cancer in 2018 so I'm worrying myself sick, cant get a doctors appointment due to covid

Could it be an abscess? Can you go to the dentist to check it out? Maybe ask MN to move your post to a board with more traffic too perhaps you get more responses
