Went on my exercise bike for the first time in months

months! Managed it for an hour and now, my legs are killing me! It's keeping me awake! Is Ibuprofen the cure?!

An hour after not doing it forever was a terrible plan, sorry Elmo! Same with real bikes. You have to work your way back up to them else you'll hurt yourself and never touch it again... ibuprofen yes.

20 minutes max next time. If you get crotch damage, wait until that's gone before another session. Go for 30 minutes. Rinse and repeat.

Do wear padded cycle shorts it if helps. It may look like an innocent bit of machinery but they're nearly as fanny-bashing as a road bike.
