Zumba trainers for mortons neuroma

I have suffered with what I think is mortons neuroma for a lot of years. I can just about manage it by being careful with my footwear. Exercise is difficult as once it is aggravated it won't go away for a few hours. I recently started Zumba and love it, but it is casing me problems. I have some good orthotic insoles which help and have tried vionic, skechers and Nike trainers. But still getting problems. Has anyone any specific recommendations that are not too expensive.

Trainers are the only thing that don't aggravate mine, sorry.

Oh really, I'm generally OK in trainers it's just with zumba there is a lot of bouncing and twisting on the the ball of the foot. But I really don't want to give it up.
