I have a long history of avoiding exercise and had finally found a gym I liked and was doing 3x classes a week when covid hit. Since then I’ve done almost no exercise and am back at square one.
Determined to start doing some online videos. Probably a mix of HIIT and hand weights for upper body (I have weights and mat but nowt else). Love dancing so maybe some dance based stuff.
Any recommendations very welcome! For HIIT I find good music makes a huge difference so would love some with great background music.
Also ideally people who explain or demonstrate the next move rather than just jump straight into it assuming you know it already!!
