Can anyone recommend anything?

I've lost over a stone, I was always happily a bit pear shaped with a bum, hips and thighs.

After a couple of tears of running and cycling I'm worried I'm starting to look a bit top heavy.

I'm confused what you mean, if you're top heavy do you mean you want to lose fat from your upper body? There's no way to spot reduce fat, it'll come off where it likes. If you want to work on building muscle then that's another thing.

I've always been bottom heavy. But since I've started running my legs are much skinnier, which I presume is a result of the running?

Bodyfiy t by Amy is a good channel - She's a mum herself so it's not too aspiration!

Thanks for the recommendations. I tried the Amy one this morning, seems great loads of workouts to choose from, should keep me busy.

I love Popsugar. There’s loads of different workouts to choose from. I’ve been getting into Pilates recently.
