Increased appetite

I've increased my exercise since the gym has opened up again and today I have woken up ravenous!

Does your appetite increase with more exercise? I am trying to get my body fat percentage down so could do without eating lots of extra food!!

Yeah, this is normal! I'd recommend eating more protein, to fill you up and also for helping your muscles rebuild and recover. But depending on how much you're exercising, you can afford to eat a little bit more - just make sure you're still in overall calorie deficit.
For example, I burned 1900 calories in my long run on Sunday. I ate back probably 500 of that afterwards, but was still in major deficit overall.

I keep forgetting to use my watch ro track my calories. Its more weights exercises I have picked up to compliment my fitness so in the last week:

Thurs - bootcamp
Fri - body combat (on-demand)
Sat - weights, arms
Sunday - Rest
Monday - PT session, weighs, whole body
Tuesday - weights legs + bootcamp

Before I was doing bootcamp twice a week and extra at home cardio maybe once or twice a week.

Of course you'll be hungrier, you're using more calories. What's your goal, to lose fat or gain muscle? Sounds like a lot to put your body through too, weights should only really be done every other day to allow your muscles time to rebuild and recover from the stimulation you're giving them.
