I know I need to move more - WFH really hasn't helped. But to do 10k steps I have to go for a walk for 1 hour 15 mins - am I really slow or is this about right? My routine is to walk 9-10pm - not sure this is going to work in the winter...

To build stamina at home try walking up and down stairs. I have a circuit.
From back door to hall - up stairs, front bedroom touch window. Then back. If I do it briskly I can only mange 5 repeats. Target is 10.
You can do it as fast as you like.

I do about 1000 steps per km walking, i walk a km in 10min at brisk walk pace, any faster and i'd be running!
