Is there a way in the app to get notifications or vibrations to tell you when to do the next stage...? Or an alternative app for people who are hearing impaired?

I’m doing 5k - 10K app but I’m guessing both apps are the same...my phone vibrates when it’s time to do the next stage of the run, i hold my phone in my hand so I always notice it

I'd suggest asking on the couch 2 k 5kforum - healthunlocked.com/couchto5k . If nothing else there's a chart showing the times for the different weeks of the programme and I believe the runkeeper app allows you to programme in the intervals and have a vibrating alert.
