What do you use & why do you like it?

I carry water only for long runs, and use a hydration vest. I like that it's so little faff to just grab the valve and drink.

They keep you warn on cold days, you can put ice in on hot ones.

I never found a bottle (hard or soft) that I really got on with

I use a vest most of the time too. I don't like carrying anything in my hands and belts and the like jiggle around and are annoying.

Camelback for runs over 15 miles.

Another vote for a backpack. But I hate having anything around my waist when I'm running, so belts are a non starter for me. I have never found one that doesn't ride up.

I do have one of those bottles with a hole in the middle, but I also hate holding anything. Luckily I have tiny wrists and small hands, so I can fit it onto my wrist if I need to!

I had a belt but found it swivels a lot and rubs.

I’m now using a hydration bag/pack. I’ve got this hydration pack with a generic bag which I’ve had for years. Works really well and I can store my keys and phone in the bag safely. The drinking hose runs from the bag over your shoulder and I can just grab it as I need water. If you get one stay clear of the cheap ones, they ultimately end up leaking.
