I've almost finished Couch to 5km, and I've really enjoyed it so far. I have 4 runs left and today I managed 5.3km! I felt really proud as I used to really hate running and exercise is general.
I'm looking for recommendations for a structured program to reach 10km. I liked the gradual build and focus on adding time without focusing on the pace too much in itself so looking for something similar. What programs have worked for you?
