Has anyone tried this? I‘m interested, but wish I could see a sample of the food plan/recipes, to see if I think it’s doable for me. I can’t seem to see any samples of it on the website, or am I missing something. I’d love to hear from anyone who had done this plan, especially recently.

I did a few years back. It cost a fortune to buy all the meat you need and it drove me insane trying to prep all my food. I lost zero weight too. It was all just a bit much. I know people who have had success on it, but I think it depends how much time you have to invest in it.

I’ve got it and honestly not stuck to it so it has been a waste. The workouts are great but all he does is give you links to the YouTube videos so you could do them anyway. It’s the meals that I’ve struggled with. They just seem so faffy. If you have the time to weigh everything and cook exact portions then it might be good for you (eg 10g of rice isn’t worth messing a pan up for imo!). Also some of the meals seem like you get loads, almost too much to eat and then others I am left starving.

Thank you both for sharing your experience. Sounds like perhaps it isn’t for me, as whilst I love cooking, I don’t hand hours to spend preparing everything meal. I think I’ll try some of his YouTube workouts and go back to my slimming world book!

I'm on my second time of doing it. First time I stuck to the meals exactly and the exercise for 6 weeks and did see a big change. That was 2 years ago. I lost around 10 pounds but a really noticeable change in shape. I went on holiday though and never got back into it.
I am on week 9 this time round but have to be honest that the food is so faffy and I hate protein powder stuff that I am just following the principles with food and calorie counting, bit sticking to the exercise. I find the cycles motivating and like the exercise but can't be arsed with all the food prep and I suffer from pcos so find the calorie deficit of the food not enough.

The plan is different now to two years ago however, I should have said. There are alot more meal choices now although the original ones are still there and the workouts are different.
I've lost 17 pounds and 9 inches so far this time. But i have a fair bit to go.

Thanks. Good to hear a positive review too. I’m tempted because I like the idea of having something to follow. Wish the website would post a sample days menu so I could get an idea of it.

I didn't do the plan the 90 day one. But I used his recipe books and workouts to loose a stone for my wedding. I wasn't hungry and it was a good plan.

The food is alot of smoothies, protein muffins as well as main meals of lots of meat, green veg and fats or carbs. So small amounts of noodles/ pasta/ bagel or chorizo kinda thing. There are Currys, chilli, stir frys and eggs and steak as well as home made pizza and tray bake style meals. Some are really nice but you have to batch cook or it is a faff.

I'm halfway through and really enjoying it. Yes the links are on YouTube but they are only accessible if you pay. I'm working from home during lockdown which gives me the time to train and prep meals. I very rarely batch cook but can see that ai might need to when I return to real life
