I have just completed week 2, run 1 of Couch to 5k (yay!). I am an awful runner. During week 1, I was a hyperventilating sweaty mess during every run. My husband suggested that I look into whether I'm breathing correctly. At first I thought this was ridiculous, how can I get breathing wrong?! Turns out, I am breathing incorrectly when running!
