High effort yoga flow!?

Can anyone link to a good video they use when they fancy a good sweaty flow yoga session??

I usually love Adrienne but there's so many videos and are often aimed at beginners so might not have the intensity I fancy today and I'm not inventive enough / won't push myself hard enough if I just try some self practice!!

I have the Les Mills on demand app which has loads of great yoga flow videos. Body balance is good too. Not sure if you are looking for free videos though. Les Mills is free for a two week trial then around £29 for 3 month (or £100 for a year).

Ashtanga. Or power yoga, or rocket. The link below is good. Or David Swenson does a short form ashtanga as well.

Amazing thanks I'll give those a go tomorrow

DoYogaWithMe has a ton of free videos (usually a subscription service but they are making stuff free during lockdown) and you can search by type and level. I've found Intermediate are not at all complicated but work up a sweat, esp if you choose 'flow' as a keyword.

Lululemon on YouTube have some challenging vinyasa flow and power yoga

If you’re willing to pay - sign up to studio class online classes. I’m a yogi and I’m loving the online classes, really challenging me too

I find the Journey Junkie has some good flows on YouTube, more advanced than Adriene who was my go to.

Jillian Micheal's has a couple of yoga dvds.

There are loads of streamed live classes at the moment. Quite a lot are free, but if you dont mind paying you have an even bigger choice. Download classpass or mind body app and you'll see loads of llive flow classes each day.
