I have realised through Joe Wicks that I am a bit rubbish at most "gym" exercises. My form isn't great and I'm not bendy (never have been).
Is there anyone like yoga with Adriene that kind of walks you through how you do things that aren't basic squats and how to adapt, what the most important elements are!
I'm fairly fit (best 5k around 28 minutes) but have always been rubbish at aerobics and dancing as horrible at left vs right under pressure...
Normal times I would fork out for a couple of pt sessions but I'd rather wait to pay for an in person session rather than do virtual stuff.
I have decent body awareness so am well aware I'm "off" but don't know what is right, or as near right as possible within the limit of my flexibility.
Sorry for the essay
Thanks
