Anyone got any good tips for home exercise videos?

I am still running every day, with dd actually which is nice. But I notice her fitness has improved (student and not very active for last six months) but mine has got worse.

It doesn't help that we are running pm when I normally run am, but also I usually swim 3-4 X a week, a mile a time, so my body is clearly missing that. My stamina and general fitness are suffering - and I am eating too much which doesn't help.

So! I thought maybe I could do a 20-minute video every morning - I have time before work as would normally be swimming or running. Anyone got any great recommendations? I'm thinking fitness or maybe yoga to help suppleness, or a mix of the two. TIA.

try the PE with joe live stream. He livestreams on youtube everyday at 9am, but records the videos so you could do them later, or you could do one of his (tougher) pre recorded videos earlier

Hasfit and yoga by Adrienne, both on YouTube. Masses of workouts, all free.

I've gone retro with Mr Motivator. I find HITT a bit dull, and Mr Motivator is enough for a little burst of activity through the day.

I follow Lucy Wyndham Read, lots of workouts (You Tube).

Also Jenny McLendon, recommended on here.

Just google ‘on line workouts’, there are loads of suggestions, I do three or four a day ... I am not all fit but enjoy finding different routines to follow. I did Mr Motivator today as well, that was fun. Smile
