Something that's not Couch to 5K

I thought I should probably use lockdown to try and get a bit fitter, so I looked at Couch to 5K. But it seems you can only get the instructions as audio - is that right? I really need something that will tell me what to do visually not audibly. Does anyone have any ideas? If not, I guess I'll just keep jogging round the garden (and being beaten by DD7 every time!).

It's all written out in a table if you scroll down in this article. Hope that helps!

Thanks! Not sure how I know when I've walked 5k but I can think about that.

You can find the description of the weeks here:

Do you have anything with a stopwatch on? Your phone or anything will do. Just use that for the timings. It will be more daddy if you don't want to download the app but it's the only other way I can suggest unless you have access to a smart watch/fitness tracker that lets you programme your 'workoit' beforehand then will alert you when to swap from walking to running etc. Apps like Strava will plot your route and tell you had far you've gone, but don't worry about hitting 5k to start with, most people aren't hitting that by the end of the programme
