Hi

Looking for exercise bike recommendations, just looking to be a bit more active during lockdown.

Already have weights, but I’m missing some cardio. Hopefully not looking to spend 1000’s, somewhere around £200-350.

Thanks :)

Bumping as I’m after something similar.

I have the Roger Black bike from Argos, less than £200 and works well.

I don't know why people are thinking about spinning bike. It has no other purpose than exercising. In opinion it's better to buy a bike trainer stand instead. Anyway both are same and effective if you work consistently.

If you find anywhere that has any in stock I'd love to hear from you! We've been trying to find one for a fortnight....

I’ve bee in amazon, the one that appears as the no.1 best seller occasionally appears in stock. I’ve managed to get that, but delivery date is pending.
Argos won’t deliver/allow the option of click & collect in any of my local collection points.
Decathlon has had a few in stock, but you need to get on early as they only release a certain number of delivery slots.

I've got an exercise bike and can confirm that they're boring as hell. However, I've found a trick and I hope it will help those who can't afford Zwift or Peleton, like me. Go into YouTube, do a search for Virtual Cycle rides. There are also virtual walks, and those work too. I cycle happily watching those, adjusting the level as required manually (or not, if I'm feeling lazy) to reflect the terrain being travelled through. It's a budget option that focuses me in a way that watching something unrelated doesn't. If I watch something else, I just spin the legs without putting in any effort, which is pointless....
