Les Mills on Demand in the UK

Hello, I was just wondering whether anyone can actually get this to work in the UK. Whether I try to stream this on my internet or play the workouts which I have downloaded, the workouts will not play at all. All I get is spooling. I have tried on my laptop, google TV and Apple tv. And I cannot find any support from Les Mills. I have emailed them but not even received a message saying they will get in touch. I have paid £100 for this. I have today spent 90 minutes trying to get it to work and am close to tears. Can anyone please help?

I signed up to a free trial through my gym and have had no problem accessing or watching The videos. The use Vimeo, are you able to watch other Vimeo videos?

Les mills on demand is great. In my opinion the best fitness app. I've been using it in the uk for over a year, love it. I'd uninstall and then re install it. Theres a facebook group for on demand uk that u could use.

I use it and have no problem at all. Have loved being able to do Bodypump at home the last couple of weeks.

Have you got access yet. This is the best fitness app
And I've tried a few.

If this is still an issue post to the Facebook group ‘Les Mills On Demand Squad’ and someone will help.

Re: problem I would suggest deleting and reinstalling app. Also try the website, see if it works on there.

I’ve emailed them before and had a response in a day. Obviously they are going to be affected by Cv and social distancing/staff shortages.

I signed up the other day. Seems to work fine on laptop and via the Xbox (when DS sets it up for me). It is great - I hope you get it working.

Replied last night when I was too tired!

If you have a Google TV/Apple TV, I'd try using the app and then mirroring to either one of those systems depending on what type of smartphone you have.

I use the app and either Chromecast to one TV, or I have a specific adaptor cable.

Persevere as it's an excellent app, it's changed my whole exercise regime.
