Good 20 min workouts?

Quick and fairly relaxing. Ideally free or cheap.

Joe Wicks is ok but I'm not sure all that leaping about does my knees any good and the last thing anyone needs is an unnecessary injury now.

Something like Zumba or Pilates? I've been doing yoga with adriene but need something more energetic to go along with it.

Exercise is keeping me sane on lockdown with a baby and 3yo

Any recommendations?

Agree Stereo, LWR is great, amazed more people don’t know about her.

Some great suggestions. I've looked them up on YouTube and book marked them.

I want a good variety of work outs so I don't get bored.

Other free ones that I have read about, that are usually £££ and in London/big cities are Barry's and Third Space. Some hard core stuff in there but also yoga etc.

Thanks @Ragwort I have just done an Up to the Beat workout and enjoyed it. I need to start doing something, I'm in terrible shape currently.

YouTube “low impact” work outs. HASfit does a few which are 30 mins but good. Joe Wicks actually has a few low impact ones on his YouTube too but he prattles in too much for me and skips alternating legs / arms etc.

Up to the beat is good.
