Can anyone recommend a treadmill?

Not that I really want one, and I fully intend to continue to run (alone) outdoors.

But if the day comes, what are the current best running machines?

I want inexpensive, small (easy to fold away?), really simple to use.

Yes I'll be checking Best Buys online. But was wondering if any running MNetters could recommend? (Or say which to swerve?)

I loved running until pelvic floor , now do rowing. Obviously not the same but keeps you very fit. I have a concept 2 at home, they fold up in the middle for storage. £1000 new or look on eBay. If you get the pm5 monitor it hooks up to Bluetooth.

That's an interesting idea, but I am specifically after a running machine.

in my experience any decent treadmill despite claiming to fold away still takes up an insane amount of space, and they are really heavy. Mine was 45kg

I'd only get one if you have a spare ground floor room you can make a gym. Sacrifice a dining room maybe

I'm with you, @AuntieStella. Not that I want one or have the space for one...but if it means getting rid of the sofa to make space, so be it Grin
