Making the most of a 30 min work out

I’ve recently started going back the gym after having my baby 8 months ago. Realistically I can get there once maybe twice a week for 30 mins.

My goals would be to improve my cardio fitness and loose belly fat.

What should I be doing to get the most out of the short time I’ve got at the gym?
