Hi all I’ve decided I need to shift a few pounds and get fitter and a friend recommended the Lucy Wyndham-Read videos. She sounds quite motivating and videos are short perfect when working abd a family to look after.. I Am thinking of signing up to her weight loss 21 day course (Downloadable workouts for everyday and recommended food to eat for each day). Has anyone else tried this before? How did you get on? I Feel I need a program to follow to keep me on the straight and narrow.
