Best headphones for running?

I am fairly new to running. I usually wear one, in ear headphones when running but they seem to fall out of my ears unless I wear a hat/headband.

What headphones to people find good?

These are the ones I use. They're pretty cheap but haven't let me down. Lots of people I know swear by bone conducting headphones but those are quite expensive

Aftershox.thwy are bone conducting and go outside your ear so you can hear traffic and other people

Aftershoks

Bone conducting headphones are by far the safest (as you can still hear what's happening around you). Good battery life and sound quality too

Bone-conducting ones are the only sort approved by England Athletics for road races (though in practice you'll probably see all sorts)

I’ll try the Aftershoks.

I usually only use one earbud so I can still hear everything.
