Best earphones for running?

I have recently started running and listening to music but I really struggle to keep my earphones in! I wear Hygge bands over my ears to keep them in but the wires catch and can occasionally pull them out.

There's so much choice and variety in price that I don't know where to start with choosing some. Could anyone recommend some good ones, preferably around £50, that actually stay in my ears? TIA Smile

DH just got some 'aftershockz' for Christmas - he loves them. They are the only earphones you are allowed to wear in marathons as you are still able to hear traffic noise etc around you too.

I'd prefer them totally block out external noise to be honest. But I'll have a look at aftershockz, thank you!

They are not the only earphones you are allowed to wear. I wear my cheap ones with cables.

I have really really cheap ones, but they have the bits that hook over your ears - they have never fallen out but they do occasionally need screwing back in.

I second aftershockz. I have to listen to something but they make me feel less vulnerable when out by myself and the music is so clear
