I am tremendously unfit. I had to run for a bus the other day and felt horrendous.
I'm quite small - size 8, just over 8 stone, but due to my sedentary lifestyle I'm in a rubbish shape - muscles are all weak and flabby, a physio recently commented on my flat arse
I also have a buggered back so am in that vicious cycle of living in fear of my back going but then actually making it weaker by not exercising.
Thing is I hate exercise and always have. I have to be realistic about what I'll actually force myself to do. Running or gym are just not going to happen! Can anyone recommend any gentle YouTube workouts to get started? Maybe twenty mins a day or something? yoga is out, am hypermobile and it causes horrible pain. I was involved in a nasty road accident a few months ago and so really want to help my body heal and get stronger, I'm just so bloody lazy.
