Feeling totally useless- how to get out of rut

I am tremendously unfit. I had to run for a bus the other day and felt horrendous.
I'm quite small - size 8, just over 8 stone, but due to my sedentary lifestyle I'm in a rubbish shape - muscles are all weak and flabby, a physio recently commented on my flat arse Grin I also have a buggered back so am in that vicious cycle of living in fear of my back going but then actually making it weaker by not exercising.
Thing is I hate exercise and always have. I have to be realistic about what I'll actually force myself to do. Running or gym are just not going to happen! Can anyone recommend any gentle YouTube workouts to get started? Maybe twenty mins a day or something? yoga is out, am hypermobile and it causes horrible pain. I was involved in a nasty road accident a few months ago and so really want to help my body heal and get stronger, I'm just so bloody lazy.
Thanks all!

I use popsugar or fitness blender. Look for low impact to get you started!

mmm... some gyms are doing Black Friday deals soon (cheap intro membership).

You could join a gym & vow to try every class they offer at least 3x.
Minimum 3 classes a week.

By the time you've finished all that (got your money's worth) you'll be a bit fitter & may find something you can enjoy.

Everything about your post screams Pilates to me (and I don't even do Pilates!!). It would be great for building your core to support your back, but it's not that sweaty heart-racing kind of thing. Because you've got quite a lot going on injury-wise, I'd try to find a smaller class (or even some 1-1s) to ensure your form is correct and you're getting out of it what you should. Once you know what you're doing, you should be able to do it yourself at home too.
