I am very ancient and unfit. I WANT to be a good runner but I really struggle with it. Well today I programmed my app for 30 sec intervals, 30 walk 30 run and I did 5k about 2 minutes slower than when I was struggling through Cto5k! And I almost enjoyed it! Feel tired now but not destroyed like i used to after a run!
