Most sports focus on some of these, but not all of them. Functional fitness is what crossfit is about and covers improving all of the these.
Most crossfit participants are never going to be elite, or compete at all.

Progressive oaching is tailored to suit your individual needs and abilities. It IS preferable to going to the gym or running, etc alone with no idea. Warm ups and cool downs done.
