Hi. I had a c section 2 weeks ago, I’m healing well and not taking any pain relief now. At the moment I’m doing gentle walks with baby in the pram and looking to start swimming again after 6 weeks. Can anyone recommend any other exercises to do now?
I’m normally very active and exercise 5-6 times per week. I have bought the Jillian Michaels post natal dvd but I was unsure whether I could do this now? Has anyone else used it after a c section?
