Hi all. After an early MC I have been shoving food over my throat like noones business so rejoined gym again on Monday as still have a 4 stone loss to my name and don't want to lose that!
The gym I use is fairly basic treadmills, bikes, some weight machines, dumbbells and mats.
I just wondered if anyone had a few basic routines they use alternately for 1 hour workouts for cardio and a little bit of toning or even if there was an idiot friendly app I could use to build up these sessions?
